Biography

 

Curt Marthezé was born in Namibia, and is now living and working in Aberdeen in the Eastern Cape, South Africa.

He has studied under Rayno Swart, and at Ruth Prowse School of Art and College of Cape Town.

Marthezé works predominantly in watercolour. He specifically enjoys plein air painting as a means to explore the Karoo landscape.

He has exhibited in galleries across South Africa.
