Shipping information
 
CMART.ZA.NET makes use of various Courier services, Paxi, PostNet and Pudo to ship orders. Shipping via these means is accomplished anywhere inside South Africa as well as Internationally. 
Orders are only dispatched once payment is received, and fullfilled as timeously as possible. CMART will ship to the shipping address provided on checking out. Please make sure that this information is correct when placing your order.

When selecting one of the shipping options please keep in mind that, we do not have control over when the couriers do their rounds and since we are located quite remotely cannot accurately give a timetable of collection days. You will however receive a notification via email as soon as your order is dispatched. Please make use of the contact options offered at any time. You will recieve a courier number for each order that can be tracked via the website of the relevant service provider. Please note that once the package has left, we have no control over how the courier company services your delivery. You are always welcome to choose the free delivery option and to arrange for the shipping seperatly, we will do our best to accomodate you.

Returns

If an order received proves to be incorrect or not to reasonable satisfaction, please make contact within 4 days after receiving the parcel with the order number and the issue(s) relating to the order and we will promptly attempt to correct the problem.
