CMART.ZA.NET is committed to protecting your privacy at all times, and in all situations. The information collected about you when you become a member, is solely used to process your orders. CMART.ZA.NET does not guarantee complete security on stored information, however, many security safeguards and conditions are being implemented to help protect that confidential information.

When you open an online account at www.cmart.za.net, you will be prompted to fill out a form that requests your name and e-mail address. You can fill out your physical address on ordering from the site. 

CMART will NOT share any personal information captured with anyone not directly related to logistical reasons for which it is captured.  For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Your name and address information are used solely to process orders, and this information will NEVER be sold, given, rented or traded to any third party for purposes other than order fulfilment. Your demographic information (gender, date of birth, etc.) will be used only for internal purposes, such as to confirm customers’ identities.

We may correct or supplement address information with standardized postal representation in order to fully ensure that orders are delivered. This is done purely with the intention of ensuring that customers receive orders that were placed online.

Your personal information is taken very seriously, and very strict security policies are implemented. This information is ID and password protected and CMART.ZA.NET web security is monitored and reviewed regularly.
