Shipping information

 

CMART.ZA.NET makes use of various Courier services, Paxi and PostNet to ship orders. We ship orders inside South Africa, as well as Internationally.

Orders are only dispatched once payment is received, and we do our best to send out orders on time. CMART will ship to the shipping address provided when opening an account or checking out as a guest. Please make sure that this information is correct when placing an order.

When selecting one of the shipping options please keep in mind that, as much as we would like this, we do not have control over when the couriers do their rounds and since we are located quite remotely cannot accurately give a timetable of collection days. You will however receive a notification via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

We send a tracking number for each order that can be tracked via the website of the relevant Courier Company. Please note that once the package has left, we have no control over how the courier company services your delivery. Customers are always welcome to choose the free delivery option to not pay postage and then arrange for their own courier at their own expense.

Returns

If an order received by a customer proves to be incorrect or not to reasonable satisfaction, please contact us within 4 days after receiving the parcel with the order number and the issue(s) relating to the order and we will promptly attempt to correct these issues.
