CMART.ZA.NET makes use of various Courier services like Paxi, PostNet and others to ship orders directly or to drop off locations. Please make sure you understand the option you choose. Shipping via these means is accomplished anywhere inside South Africa as well as Internationally. 

Orders are only dispatched once payment is received, and fullfilled as timeously as possible.  They will ship to the shipping address provided on checking out.  Please make sure that this information is correct when placing your order.

When selecting one of the shipping options please keep in mind that, control over when the couriers do their rounds is not certain and since the studio is located quite remotely an accurate timetable is impossible.  You will however receive a notification via email as soon as your order is dispatched. Please make use of the contact options offered at any time. You will recieve a courier number for each order that can be tracked via the website of the relevant service provider. Please note that once the package has left, the courier company bears the further responsability in the service of your delivery.

You are welcome to enquire to be certain of your choice of delivery option ahead of time and to arrange for the shipping seperatly if you prefer. Please do enquire for any international deliveries ahead of time. 

If an order received proves to be incorrect or not to reasonable satisfaction, please make contact within 4 days after receiving with the order number and the issue(s) relating to the order sothat the probelm can be promptly corrected.
